The New Course at Trump International was arguably the biggest opening in golf in 2025, but how can you play the second layout at the Aberdeenshire venue?
The New Course has become the second layout at the resort, located just outside Balmedie on the northeastern coastline of Scotland. It has joined the Old Course, which has played host to the DP World Tour in recent years.
Martin Hawtree, one of the greatest designers of his generation, was part of the group behind the New Course, having also been the brains behind the Old Course prior to its opening in 2012.
Christine Fraser and Christian Lundin, along with Eric Trump (son of Donald), also had their say in the design of the New Course, which opened fully in the summer of 2025.

How can I get on the brand new layout at Trump International?
As with all of the major venues around the United Kingdom, you can simply book your spot to play on the New Course at Trump International via their website.
However, during the summer season, this will set you back the standard rack rate of £560!
On the NCG Top 100s Tour, however, you can step foot on the New Course at Trump International from just £495. To make that even more appealing, that price also includes food before and after your round of golf.
Better yet, if you bring three friends, we’ll give you 5% off your booking, bringing the price down to less than £475, and a saving of more than £80!
