Kurt Kitayama claimed his second PGA Tour title at the 3M Open. Kitayama put on a bit of a show as he claimed his first victory in two years by shooting a career-best and tournament-record-tying 60 on the Saturday.

The American moved into the top 70 in the FedEx Cup standings as a result of his victory to secure his place in the play-offs, jumping from 110th to 53rd. His only other previous win came at Bay Hill when he won the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Here’s what’s inside the American’s bag…

A look inside Kurt Kitayama’s golf bag

The top of Kitayma’s golf bag is very Titleist heavy, with all his driver and woods being from their new GT series. His driver is the GT3 model which he has set at 11°, a touch more loft than you would typically find on most PGA Tour pro’s drivers.

The 3M Open winner currently has two fairway woods in his bag, a 3-wood and a 7-wood. This is fairly standard for most PGA Tour players. Both of his fairway woods are a GT1 model with the 3-wood being slightly deported to 14.5° and the 7-wood having a standard loft of 21°.

Kitayama has two types of irons in his bag and it is here where he has his only non Titleist clubs in the bag. His 4-iron is a TaylorMade P7CB and he uses the TaylorMade P7MB irons from 5-iron to pitching wedge.

In terms of his short game set-up, the American has two Titleist Vokey Designed SM10 wedges. One in a 52° and the other a 56° offering. His current putter of choice is a Scotty Cameron Studio Style Newport 2 Tour Prototype.
