J.J. Spaun started out his professional career on the PGA Tour Canada in 2013 and eventually qualified for the PGA Tour in 2017.
After his 147th start he eventually claimed his first PGA Tour victory in 2022 at the Valero Texas Open.
His best finish in a major prior to 2025 was T23 at The Masters in 2022.
His 2025 season started impressively and after losing out to Rory McIlroy in a playoff at The Players Championship he now has joined the Major winners circle with his victory at the US Open at Oakmont – being the only player to finish under par and winning by two from Robery MacIntyre.
Though a Srixon staffer he chooses to game the Titleist GT3 driver and the TaylorMade Qi10 fairway woods.
He then switches to Srixon for his irons, Cleveland wedges and Srixon ball.
His putter of choice is the interesting looking L.A.B putter.
