The Alan Shearer Foundation was set up by the former England and Newcastle United footballer to raise funds to help disabled children and adults in the north east.
Starting at Close House in Newcastle, Alan played one hole before flying by helicopter to Moor Allerton.
Fog meant they had to divert to Leeds Bradford Airport so two holes were played at Moor Allerton before heading back to the airport to fly to Grimsby Golf Club.
Other courses on the route include Keddleston Park, The Nottinghmashire, Nailcote Hall, Studley Wood, Bearwood Lakes and Wellington before finishing at East Berkshire.
Last year the challenge raised over £20,000.
Each year the charity hopes to raise £250,000 to provide free sensory and specialist leisure activities and offer free and subsidised respite breaks.
