NCG vs TPC Sawgrass: Can we get a hole-in-one at 17?
Three golfers. Three hundred balls. One iconic hole
The European Tour, among others, have done a hole-in-one challenge and we liked it, so we thought we would try it too. But one thing the European Tour haven’t done is try and get a hole-in-one on the most famous hole in world golf – the par-3 17th at TPC Sawgrass. So how did we get on? Well you will have to watch the video to find out…
NCG vs TPC Sawgrass hole-in-one challenge: The rules
The three of us headed to the 17th at TPC Sawgrass (replica at Rudding Park) have 100 balls each to try make a hole in one. If maths isn’t your strong point that’s 300 balls between the three of us to try and achieve one of golfs most difficult feats.
Will we manage it? And how many balls will we (Alex) hit in the water? You’ll find out in the video at the top of the page…
With thanks to Rudding Park Golf Club for letting take over your par-3 course for a day and to Titleist for supplying the golf balls – sorry so many are now in the water…
