Quiz: Golfers to win the Masters and US Open

Dustin Johnson became the 17th in the illustrious list of golfers to win the Masters and US Open when he triumphed at Augusta. So of course we made a quiz out of it.
Can you name the other 16 in five minutes? We’re not sure you need clues for this one but we’ve been nice and started you off with the number of Masters and US Open titles they won throughout their career. That should be enough.
