Callaway today launched its new Mack Daddy PM-Grind Wedges, designed by five-time major winner and Callaway Staff Professional, Phil Mickelson.
One of the world’s finest and most creative short game players of his era, Mickelson worked closely with the Callaway Research & Development team to design and craft the new wedges by utilising his desired specifications.
A distinctive design feature of the new Mack Daddy PM Grind Wedges is the High Toe, which distributes the weight higher in the club, enabling players to make delicate shots from greenside rough easier.
The increased surface area helps inspire confidence to accelerate through the ball and be more aggressive with approach shots.
Mickelson said: “We made this high toe wedge last year. The first time I used it was at the PGA Championship and my short game was phenomenal – it was the best it had been all year.
“I think this wedge is going to have the same impact as some of our other successful club launches because Callaway were willing to take a risk and try some new things.”

Callaway’s Mack Daddy PM-Grind Wedges are available in four lofts: 56˚ (RH & LH), 58˚ (RH Only), 60˚ (RH & LH) and 64˚ (RH & LH) with a stock KBS Tour V Wedge Shaft.
