Tiger Woods has revealed what he is planning to serve for his Champions Dinner at Augusta
It’s a tradition like no other. What will the defending champion be serving at the Masters Champions Dinner?
In case you don’t already know, the reigning champion selects a menu of their choice that will be served on the Tuesday evening of Masters week.
All past champions are invited and, this year, Tiger Woods will once again be the man choosing the dishes.
A golfer’s choice usually reflects something about their personality or their roots – Sheffield native Danny Willett served a roast dinner complete with Yorkshire puddings – and Tiger’s is no different.

Woods last had the honour of curating a Masters Champions Dinner in 2006 and things are shaping up to be pretty similar this year.
Woods confirmed that, just as he did 14 years ago, he will serve steak and chicken fajitas as well as sushi and sashimi – a Japanese delicacy consisting of fresh raw fish or meat sliced into thin pieces and often eaten with soy sauce. Thanks, Wikipedia.
He is, though, still contemplating what to serve for dessert and is thinking of taking some inspiration from his 1998 Masters Champions Dinner menu.
“Debating whether to have milkshakes as dessert,” he said, “because that’s one of my greatest memories, to see Gene Sarazen and Sam Snead having milkshakes that night in ’98.”
