  • Did you know?

Grace Kim is an Australian golfer who made her major breakthrough by winning the 2025 Amundi Evian Championship.

Born in Sydney, New South Wales in December 2000, Kim started playing the game from a young age, and was a good amateur – reaching the top 30 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings before turning professional in 2021. After wins on the Epson Tour and ALPG Tour, she made the jump to the LPGA Tour, and was victorious at the Lotte Championship in 2023.

Two years later, the Australian took to the winners’ circle on the major stage. After being nowhere with four holes to play, Kim finished birdie, birdie, par, eagle to force a playoff with Thailand’s Jeeno Thitikul at the Amundi Evian Championship. She then chipped in on the first extra hole to stay in the tournament, before making another eagle on the second extra hole to claim the title in the most improbable way possible!
