The Wyndham Championship first came on the PGA Tour calendar back in 1938. Sam Snead was the first winner of the tournament, and it would be the first of his eight victories in the event, the last of those coming in 1965.
Lucas Glover is the defending champion, having finished 20-under-par in 2023 to win by two shots.
