Scottie Scheffler is the star of the men’s game, and he has shown this time and time again since winning the Masters in 2022.
This was his first major title and his first Green Jacket. He announced himself as a world-class player that day at Augusta National when he beat Rory McIlroy by three shots.
He had won the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play, the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the WM Phoenix Open to that point on the PGA Tour. He established himself as the best men’s player on the planet and never looked back.
In 2024, he won the Masters again. That time, he beat Ludvig Aberg by four shots and cemented his place in the history of the tournament, if he hadn’t already. 2024 was an unbelievable year for the Texan who won seven times on the PGA Tour, and this didn’t include the gold medal he won at the Olympic Games in Paris.
He coasted to victory at the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow for his third major victory.
There are only a handful of players in the men’s game that can make crowds flock around their golf ball and to the tee boxes when they step up. McIlroy is one of them, Bryson DeChambeau too. You might throw Brooks Koepka in there as well. But the only other player who truly gets people out of bed and off their chairs is Scheffler.
He has spent many, many weeks as the World No.1 and he is statistically a monster, with constant comparisons being made to Tiger Woods. Sure, Woods won multiple times a season across many years, but Scheffler has shown the signs. There is nothing to suggest he can’t win more major trophies too.
Scheffler has virtually won every big PGA Tour event as well. He has won the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass twice, the Phoenix Open and the Arnold Palmer Invitational twice. Then, you can throw in the Memorial Tournament and the Travelers Championship too.

He is a winning machine and has been for some time. Online searches show that golf fans want to know when Scheffler is playing, where he is teeing it up next and who with. So whenever the smiley assassin enters an event on the PGA Tour or at the majors, you will be first to know what time he has been given and who he is sharing the fairways with.
