171 players made it to the final stage of the PGA Tour Q-School and only six players earned cards for the 2025 schedule.

The final stage was played over 72 holes at TPC Sawgrass’ Dye’s Valley Course and Sawgrass Country Club; two rounds at each. The top five and ties earned cards and the next 40 players earned guaranteed starts on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour.

The top 20 after that earned starts on the PGA Tour Americas and the rest earned conditional status on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour Americas.

Several stars such as Pierceson Coody, Austin Greaser, Hayden Springer, and Christo Lamprecht competed in the final stage which was won last year by Harrison Endycott.

After four rounds, Lanto Griffin, Hayden Buckley, Takumi Kanaya, Alejandro Tosti, Will Chandler and Matthew Reidel made the grade at the top of the leaderboard in Florida.

Griffin, a two-time winner on the Korn Ferry Tour, carded a final-round 63 to finish at the top of the leaderboard on nine-under-par. Buckley shot back-to-back 63s on the weekend to finish on six-under.

Kanaya, a winner on the Asian Tour, finished on five-under, one shot ahead of Tosti, Chandler, and Reidel on four-under who scraped home ahead of Alistair Docherty, the lone player in outright seventh place.

ALSO: LIV Golf Q-School is open for entries! But how does it work?

“I guess when your back’s against the wall you kind of just have to – you don’t have a choice. Obviously it could have gone different route this week for me, but my focus was good. Obviously the drive and everything is still there and I really didn’t want it to end,” Griffin said.

“That email Wednesday night that I wasn’t going to even have guaranteed Korn Ferry Tour starts, that was – it kind of pissed me off, ticks me off. So that was a little chip on – you know, me and my mental coach have been talking about playing with a chip on your shoulder, being an athlete.

“Doesn’t really matter what it looks like. Yeah, that was the goal coming out here this week and compete as hard as I can. Worst case scenario, go home to a beautiful baby and a new family. It’s crazy to think that I was able to do what I did today.”
