Before joining LIV Golf in 2022 Patrick Reed racked up 9 victories on the PGA Tour. This included winning The Masters in 2018. During his time on the PGA Tour he also acquired the nickname ‘Captain America’ for his impressive performances in the Ryder Cup.
It would be fair to say Patrick Reed has surrounded himself with rules controversy, from back in his college days, and even throughout his professional career. This has made himself somewhat of a marmite character and under the microscope when ever any controversy is around.
What is not in doubt is his talent as a golfer. This was most recently displayed by claiming the Hero Dubai Classic on the DP World Tour in January 2026.
When it comes to his club choices he has an eclectic mix up due to him not being attached to one brand. This makes his bag even more interesting to look at due to him having pretty much a free reign when it comes to club choices.
