What time does Tiger Woods tee off today?
Tiger Woods is on a PGA Tour tee sheet for the first time in 2024, but when is he playing and who is he playing with?
Happy Tiger-Woods-is-playing-golf week!
These occasions are like chicken’s teeth now, so we must cherish Woods’s first start of the 2024 season.
He bravely made the cut last year at the Genesis Invitational, finishing in a tie for 45th. He is now in his new Sun Day Red clothing and ready to play once a month, per his promise from the 2023 Hero World Challenge.
Ironically, he has never won at Riviera Country Club but, during his pre-tournament press conference, Woods said he’d like “a nice W” to take his PGA Tour victory tally to 83.
The tee times for the 2024 Genesis Invitational, another Signature Event, have been released and the best players on the tour are ready to tackle this famous track in Los Angeles.
So when is Woods playing and who is he playing with?

Tiger Woods tee time: When is he teeing off at Riviera Country Club?
Woods teed off with his best chum Justin Thomas and Gary Woodland on the 1st hole at Riviera Country Club in the first round.
In the UK, he hit his opening tee shot at 5.25 pm which was 9.25 am in Pacific Palisades.
After playing solidly with five birdies and five bogeys after such a lack of recent practice at the PGA Tour level, Woods was level-par in the middle of the 18th fairway on day one.
He continued to shank his approach shot sideways under some trees. He made a bogey to card a 1-over-par 72 and sit in a tie for 49th after 18 holes.
Woods will tee off slightly later in round two. Fans in the UK will have to wait until 7.54 pm to see the 48-year-old strike his first shot on Friday, which is 11.54 am local time.
The group in front, consisting of Jordan Spieth, Patrick Cantlay and Tom Kim, might want eyes on the back of their heads during the opening two days of play.
In footage posted from Wednesday’s practice day by the PGA Tour, Woods and Spieth shared some light humour about playing next to each other on the tee sheet.
“OK. I’ll hit into you then,” Woods joked. Now wouldn’t that cause a fuss on the X (Twitter) scene?
