Genesis Invitational prize money: What does the winner earn?

How much does each PGA Tour star take home from Riviera Country Club?

The Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club was back and so was Tiger Woods and it was a completely new Tiger we have not seen in nearly 30 years.

The 48-year-old unveiled Sun Day Red, his new clothing and footwear brand with TaylorMade after splitting from Nike after a 27-year partnership.

Woods was entered in this Signature Event field among the best golfers in the world. This event had a 36-hole cut, unlike the larger portion of Signature Events this season.

Following a chaotic week at the WM Phoenix Open, the PGA Tour arrived at one of its most famous destinations which was graced by a strong field.

Patrick Cantlay, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, Viktor Hovland, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele, Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas were just a handful of names surrounded by other stars in LA.

Unfortunately, Woods only lasted one full round at Pacific Palisades and he withdrew with a case of influenza.

It was Hideki Matsuyama who lit up the fairways on Sunday as he shot an incredible 62 to win his ninth PGA Tour title and his first victory in two years.
