Veteran golfer Cristie Kerr has been one of the star names of the women’s game for the last 20 years.

The current World No 15 is currently third on the all-time LPGA money list, having earned over $17 million in her career.

The 38-year-old’s amateur career is considered to be one of the most decorated in the game’s history, highlighted by a Curtis Cup appearance in 1996 and winning Low-Amateur honors at the U.S. Women’s Open (1996).

Kerr turned professional at the tender age of 18 in 1996 and received exempt status on the LPGA Tour after finishing tied for sixth in the Tour’s Qualifying school that year.

The highest earning American women’s golfer of all-time has accumulated 18 LPGA victories, including two major Championships (2007 U.S. Women’s Open and 2010 LPGA Championship), eight Solheim Cup appearances and more than 150 top-10 finishes.

Kerr’s ability to compete at the top of the game shows no signs of waning. In 2015 she made the cut 24 times in 25 events, earning more than $1 million.
