Equipment editor Hannah Holden takes a look at the Callaway clubs Xander Schauffele has in his bag for 2020
Schauffele was previously a TaylorMade-Adidas staffer when he won the Tour Championship in 2017. But he signed a deal with Callaway after the TaylorMade-Adidas split. We take a look in the American’s bag…
What’s in Schauffele’s bag?
Xander was the first player to put the new Mavrik driver in play back during the President’s Cup. He caused quite a stir as this was way before it was released to the public by Callaway. He has however chosen to stick with the Rogue Sub Zero model in both his 3 and 5-wood’s.
Schauffele carries a full set of custom Callaway Apex Pro irons from 4-iron down to pitching wedge.
He carries a very mixed set of wedges pairing a Callaway Mack Daddy 5 Jaws wedge with a Titleist Vokey Design SM6 and a Titleist Vokey Design BV Prototype.
His putter is an Odyssey Stroke Lab Prototype Mallet, it looks very similar to his old Odyssey O-Works Red 7 putter.
He rounds out his bag with the Callaway Chrome Soft X Triple Track golf ball.
