Setting goals are an essential part of any improvement. Speaking from experience, without structure and purpose, a practice session can almost become futile.
More times than I care to remember I’ve found myself at the range hitting basket after basket for hours at a time without any specific focus.

That’s why I feel so strongly about adopting and following an instruction plan. If I could go back and do it all over, I know my game would be far better for it.
