It’s the return the 14-time major champion and time for a new Tiger Woods WITB.
So what has changed from Tiger’s last comeback at the same event last year?
Well we can see from an early practice round he has stuck with the same 2016 M2 driver he used at last year’s event.

Patrick Reed said he was outdriving him during Monday’s practice round…
There has been a bit of speculation around his irons after he was seen with a bit of a mixed bag a few weeks ago.
At last year’s event he was using his trusty Nike VR Forged irons but he’s switched to a mystery model.

And he has gone with the TGR prototype irons in the Bahamas along with a TaylorMade TP UDi utility iron.

It’s unclear who has made the TGR irons but a former Nike employee believes they were made by Nike despite pulling out of the golf club business.
TaylorMade have said they are working with the former world number one to create a new set of irons.
“Tiger currently plays a TaylorMade M2 driver and M2 / M1 fairways. With Tiger’s return to the game, we have resumed the process of working closely with him on the creation of his TaylorMade irons.
“We’re excited by his return and look forward to a successful future together,” said a TaylorMade spokesman.
He’s obviously been tinkering but has stuck with the Nike VR Forged wedges throughout his latest comeback trail and will be using the new Bridgestone golf Tour B XS ball.
There’s a lot riding this week from a world rankings point of view and we could see Woods make a significant move – even for finishing last.
If @TigerWoods finishes dead last in next week's #HeroWorldChallenge he will jump more than 250 places in the world rankings! A win would catapult him well over 1000 places in #OWGR, to somewhere around #135! ?
Welcome back, Tiger! ?
