Tiger Woods WITB 2018. Let’s take a look at the equipment the 14-time major winner will be using at the US Open.
We’ve seen a fair few changes in Tiger’s bag since he made his comeback at the Hero World Challenge.
Most significantly is a new set of TaylorMade irons after switching from the mysterious TGR Prototypes.
Find out more about the TW.Phase 1 irons here.
He started the season with the TaylorMade M2 driver before switching to the new M3 model.
He initially struggled with his 440cc TaylorMade M3 driver so has switched to a larger 460cc head and added one degree of loft.
We’ve also seen Woods put a new TaylorMade M3 3-wood in the bag and he’s gone with the same shaft in that as well.
We’ve seen Tiger stick with his TaylorMade TP UDi 2-iron which has been used plenty off the tee.
Most recently we’ve finally seen Tiger Woods switch from the Nike VR Forged wedges to a TaylorMade Milled Grind model in a raw finish.
Read more about the work TaylorMade put into these new wedges here.
Tiger’s putter is the trusty Scotty Cameron Newport 2 GSS with the same Ping grip he has used since his first Masters victory in 1997.
Well, it’s the same grip model. We suspect Tiger has had his putter re-gripped a few times down the years.
His golf ball is the Bridgestone Tour B XS and his clothes and shoes will be Nike – obviously.
