Tiger Woods first signed a professional deal in 1996 but at that time Nike were only making golf shoes and clothing.

He first put a Nike golf ball, the Tour Accuracy TW golf ball, into play in 2000.
Woods played Titleist golf clubs but gradually started switching to Nike.
He put a Nike forged driver into play in 2003 then went back to Titleist before using the Nike Ignite driver in 2004.
It took until 2010 for him to have a full bag of Nike equipment. That was when he first put a Nike putter in to play instead of his Scotty Cameron. So he is yet to win a Major with a full bag of Nike equipment.
When Tiger Woods won the last of his Majors at the 2008 US Open he used a Nike SasQuatch driver and fairway woods, the irons were Nike Forged Blades and his wedges were also the Nike Forged.
Tiger Woods made it back to the top of the world rankings in 2013 with the Nike VR Driver and Nike VR Pro irons.
Most recently in tournament play Tiger Woods was using the Nike Vapor Speed driver and 3 wood, Nike Vapor Pro irons and VR Forged wedges.
Rory McIlroy was another who switched to Nike from Titleist but went straight in with a full bag. He won his first Major with Nike at the 2014 Open Championship.
He kicked off 2014 with the Nike Covert Tour 2.0 driver and Nike VR Pro Blades then famously put the new Vapor Pro driver into the bag ahead of the 2014 Ryder Cup.
In 2015 he switched to the Vapor Fly Pro driver and has been using it ever since.
As of the 2016 PGA Championship he was still using the VR Pro Blades.
