Tyrrell Hatton kissed his chances of Open glory goodbye on the 18th hole in the second round at Hoylake when he sent two drives sailing out of bounds
If Tyrrell Hatton’s score on the 18th hole at Hoylake was on Soccer Saturday, it would read ‘T. Hatton 9 (Nine)’.
The fiery Englishman lifted his putter and figuratively shot-gunned down the last hole after walking off the green with a quadruple bogey on the card.
After slicing his first tee shot out of bounds, he did the same thing with his second attempt too. Hatton was at boiling point.
His third tee shot was sent sailing down the 1st hole to avoid more embarrassment. We have the full rundown of his exploits below:

The six-time DP World Tour winner dropped to 2-over after two rounds of The Open, and could face a long wait to see if he makes the weekend.
