Where has Rory McIlroy played so far?
McIlroy has had a fantastic start to the 2019 season and has played in two events since the New Year.
He teed it up at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, the Farmers Insurance Open, Genesis Open and the WGC-Mexico Championship where he finished inside the top 5 on all four occasions.
The Northern Irishman continued his fine form at the Honda Classic before heading to TPC Sawgrass where he recorded his first victory of the season.
He then went to the WGC-Match Play Championship where he was defeated by Tiger Woods in the round of 16.
McIlroyβs hopes of a career grand slam will have to wait for another year as he finished outside the top 20 in a bid for his first green jacket.
The 30-year-old then made an appearance at Quail Hollow on his birthday weekend where he finished in a tie for 8th before a T11 finish at the PGA Championship.
He then missed the cut at the Memorial Tournament before cruising to victory at the Canadian Open.
McIlroy continued is good form in 2019 at the US Open with another top 10Β before heading back to the UK where he had a disappointing couple of weeks, finishing T34 at the Scottish Open and missing the cut at The Open in his home country.

Is McIlroy planning on visiting Japan again in 2020 to play in the Olympic Games?
Heβs already expressed his interest in teeing it up in attempt to win a gold medal and has talked about his regret about not going to Brazil to play in 2016.
Speaking at the PGA Championship regarding the Olympics and who he would represent he said:
So then obviously when you put the Olympics into the equation and thereβs a choice to be made, you really have to start thinking, what are your beliefs and your values.
I had an unbelievable amateur career β and I donβt mean that in terms of results β but I mean that in theΒ experiences I had, the trips that I had, the friendships that I made and the friendships that I still have to this day. That was all because of playing for Ireland and getting close to some of those guys. Iβm excited to be going to the Olympics. Iβm excited to play for Ireland.
What are McIlroyβs exemptions?
The Northern Irishman has plenty of exemptions due to his world ranking and number of major wins, this will see him play in all of the major championships and he will likely play in most, if not all of the World Golf Championship events.
