A seriously consistent year of golf, including seven top ten finishes on the European Tour, helped Robert MacIntyre secure the Rookie of the Year award. One of his best results was his 6th place finish at the Open. He ended the season with a combined score of 160-under, the best of any player.
We take a look in the Scot’s bag…
What’s in MacIntyre’s bag?
MacIntyre chooses to play the TaylorMade M6 driver and has it set-up to promote the draw shape he likes to play off the tee.
He has two fairway woods in play, a 15° TaylorMade Aeroburner 3-wood and a 19° TaylorMade M5 5-wood.
Bob carries a full set of the TaylorMade P750 irons from 4-PW.
He then has three TaylorMade Milled Grind Hi-Toe wedges in 52°, 56° and 60°. He spent many hours testing and practicing to find the right grind for his game.
MacIntyre rounds out his bag with the TaylorMade Spider X Copper putter.
He also plays the TaylorMade TP5x golf ball.
