Rickie Fowler put the new Cobra F8+ driver into play for the Hero World Challenge where he shot a final round 61 to win by four shots.
I’m guessing Cobra will be pretty thrilled by the early validation for the new driver which hits shops in February.
The F8 and F8+ drivers are the first the feature a CNC milled face for improved consistency, sound and feel.
Fowler was also bagging a new F8+ 3 and 5 wood – which are also being launched in early 2018.

The American has kept the rest of his bag pretty much full of the same Cobra models since his last victory at the Honda Classic in February.
He plays the King Forged irons and King wedges, relies on a Scotty Cameron Newport 2 putter and plays the Titleist Pro V1 ball.
