What’s in Nicolai Hojgaard’s bag?
Here’s what clubs the Danish star has in play
Nicolai Hojgaard made a huge change to his equipment at the start of 2023 when he announced he was moving to Callaway from TaylorMade.
The young Dane has ascended the world rankings and golf’s general pecking order since the start of 2023.
He qualified for his first Ryder Cup in Rome, contributing a half point to Europe’s winning total against the USA at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club.
After that turbulent week in Italy, Hojgaard went on to win the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, beating Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland and Matt Wallace by two shots.
He almost made his PGA Tour breakthrough at the Farmers Insurance Open at the beginning of 2024, but he came second behind fellow DP World Tour star and PGA Tour graduate Matthieu Pavon.
Hojgaard has kept the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver at the top of his bag, but instead of using this model in his fairway wood section, he now chooses to use a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke 3-wood.
The 23-year-old opts for a set of Callaway Apex MB irons, one Callaway Jaws Raw wedge and two Callaway Jaws Full Toe wedges.
