We take a look at the clubs Matt Fitzpatrick has in play for the 2020 season

As a free agent Matt Fitzpatrick has one of the most interesting bags on tour. He also isn’t one to change up his gear too often. In fact, until this week the Englishman had been using the same putter for the last 12 years. TWELVE YEARS! So what’s he changed to? Let’s take a look…

What’s in Fitzpatrick’s bag for 2020?

Fitzpatrick has a TaylorMade M2 driver at the top of his bag which he has had in play since 2017. His fairway woods are both Ping, he has the newer G410 model in his 3-wood but has stuck with the G400 in his 5-wood.

His irons could be some of the oldest on tour. He pairs a Ping i25 4- and 5-iron with Ping S55 irons from 6- to 9-iron.

He has, though, upgraded his wedge set-up for 2020 switching into the new Titleist Vokey SM8s.

Fitzpatrick has replaced his trusty Yes C-Groove Tracy II Putter which he used for 12 years in favour of a custom Bettinardi putter.

He liked the Yes so much he had Bettinardi make a custom putter exactly like it.
