Golf tips: Visualise your shots like Jack Nicklaus did

Pre-Shot inventor Jon Finn explains how negative thought processes can result in poor play like Rory McIlroy's meltdown at the 2011 Masters.

Before each shot, visualise in for head where you want the ball to go. visualise the swing you are going to make ad the end result of your shot.

Don’t let you monkey brain make decisions for you. For example don’t let thoughts such as “I can’t hit left” appear in your head. The end result of this is likely to damaging to your round.

Start visualising these shots on the practise range and from there, take it onto the course to drastically improve your game.
