The two-time major champion has recently announced he has re-signed with TaylorMade. So let’s take a look at what golf clubs he has in play for the 2022 season…

What’s in DJ’s bag?

At the top end of his bag, Johnson has put the new TaylorMade Stealth Plus driver in play. Depending on the course set-up, he pairs this with a Stealth 3-wood, 7-wood, Stealth Rescue, or 9-wood.

He then carries a full set of the TaylorMade P730 DJ Proto irons from 4-iron down to pitching wedge.

Johnson has swapped to two wedges to make room for an extra wood at the top of the bag. They are all in the TaylorMade Milled Grind 2 model with raw faces.

Honestly I’ve lost count of how many putters DJ has had in play over the last year. He was using a Spider Tour Mini putter but then swapped to a TaylorMade TB1 Truss. He then moved back in his old faithful all black TaylorMade Spider Itsy Bitsy Limited but then turned up at the PGA Championship with a TaylorMade Spider S. The Spider S made it into his bag for round one but by Friday the Itsy Bitsy was back.

He rounds out his bag with the TaylorMade TP5x golf ball.
