Big Max Seven Heaven golf bag review: First Impressions
Wow. I love the bold pop of colour here. I think the simplicity of the design is really stylish and this red and black option really makes this stand out on the course.
My club, like many, ask people to carry when possible in winter so having something smaller and more lightweight like this is perfect.

Big Max Heaven Seven golf bag review: NCG Verdict
The Seven Heaven golf bag from Big Max is specifically designed as a small bag for winter golf. And actually, it isn’t intended to hold a full set of golf clubs. But leaving a few clubs at home isn’t my thing.
The top of the bag features a 4-way club divider, and although getting all fourteen of my clubs in here was a bit of a tight squeeze it was perfectly manageable. I think around twelve clubs is probably the sweet spot for what this bag would hold, but if like me you want to take a full set out with you it is perfectly feasible.

Even fully loaded up, I was seriously impressed with just how lightweight this was to carry around the golf course compared to my regular golf bag. This made the round much more enjoyable as I wasn’t unnecessarily weighed down. I also found this was very comfortable to carry.
Big Max has added some ingenious storage solutions to make this product small but still provide ample storage. I really like the inclusion of an easily accessible water bottle holder, so you don’t have to faff around with zips to grab a drink. This is also a cooler pocket, so perfect if you are playing somewhere warm.
The lower front pocket is a stroke of genius. So often, these pockets are a nightmare because they are so narrow and deep that it becomes easy to lose small items in and very fiddly to get things out, especially with cold hands in the winter. Big Max has remedied this by adding a simple zip. Suddenly all your belongings are instantly accessible, so you don’t have to waste time rummaging around for things.

Compared to the average winter bag, you can pack a lot in here. I got a complete set of waterproofs, a woolly hat, my notepad, warm-up bands and two bags of tee pegs and accessories in the two larger side pockets, with my water bottle and golf balls taking up the front pocket. There is also a pocket for valuables and a hook to attach towels and lasers.
This isn’t advertised as a waterproof bag but it definitely stands up to the weather. I have been caught in a few downpours already and this has done a great job of keeping my kit dry.
Overall I have really enjoyed using this stand bag and think it is a perfect option for those wanting something to carry this winter.
