How to play the mid-flight pitch shot: The main points
It’s not a power shot so the wide, dynamic stance you’d use for your long game isn’t necessary. Instead, having your feet a clubhead width apart is appropriate.

From there, I like to see a body that is nicely stacked up, i.e. not overly tilted forward or back. And it’s equally important that you distribute your pressure evenly. Moving the pressure forward is great for the low shot, but the objective here is to introduce a bit more height.
Finally, it’s vital you keep softness in your arms and wrists.
