We have selected some Golfing Gifts for Christmas – so you don’t have to waste time searching!
It’s the time of year when golfers up and down the country will be feigning joy and surprise as they unwrap another pair of novelty golf socks, personalised balls or, worst of all, the dreaded potty putter.
As an antidote, we have curated a round-up of golf gifts we would very much like to receive and furthermore we have had a little fun along the way. For each letter that makes up the word Christmas we will provide a golf gift suggestion – items that for the right person will be warmly received.
Items cover a wide span of budgets and so these could me main presents or stocking fillers. If you think any items would suit certain letters better feel free to email me at p.miller@nationalclubgolfer.com – I would love to hear from you.

Exceptional in all weather, it’s light as a feather, can handle a full set of clubs, and deals admirably with a shower. If you’re looking to keep things compact, you just can’t go wrong.
What’s the lowdown? The MacGregor Principal is excellent in nearly every way. At around £80, you’re getting nearly all the benefits from a much larger, and much more expensive, stand bag but in a far more convenient chassis.
If reducing the size and weight you’re carrying on the course is your primary purpose, this is the perfect solution. There aren’t many trade-offs, and you can still test the limit with a full set-up without compromising the product, or breaking your back at the same time.
This is surely the model that all ultra-lightweight stand bags should follow. This MacGregor golf bag is definitely a winner.

PROS
Probably the lightest bag I have ever carried
Dual-strap system is extremely comfortable
Plenty of space for balls and clothing despite compact size
These sunglasses feature a premium acetate frame for a luxurious look. One of Henrik Stenson’s most popular models, they are lightweight for added comfort. They effectively reduce sun glare and visual interference to prevent eye fatigue. The anti-scratch lenses offer 100% UVA/UVB protection and are coated to repel oil, grease, sweat, water, and fingerprints, ensuring superior visual comfort.
This is very much a golfer’s hat. However, it really is very good-looking, with the main part contrasting with the cuff. The thin stripes give it a contemporary look. The stitched logo has a feel of quality about it, and while prominent, isn’t too overbearing.
It has a lovely soft lining and is, unsurprisingly, extremely comfortable. The internal lining has a thermal fleece-lined construction. This thick lining is perfect for the colder weather due to the amount of warmth it adds.
This is a perfect addition to your bag for winter golf – added bonus being that it is available at a reduced price.
The Redtiger Rangefinder is a good looking piece of kit, that comes with a well design carry pouch that attaches to your bag easily and securely. In addition, it comes with a magnetic clip that you can fix directly on to your belt.
The ergonomic grips means it fits perfectly and comfortably into your hand and a simple, one touch button means that you are up and running without any complicated instructions.
The digital display is very clear and, as you would expect, you have the options to change the measurements between yards and metres.
The rangefinder is easily switched between slope assistance with the simple flick of the switch on the side of the devise, making it great for both practice and competition.

Looks wise this mallet putter from Ram is seriously impressive. The putter has an overall blacked out design which looks great. The head over also had a premium look to it.
Overall, I really enjoyed using this putter and couldn’t recommend it more for anyone who wants a great looking putter on a budget.

I believe a good pair of sockets can get you halfway there to enjoying a comfortable golf round. These Under Armour socks certainly tick that box.
These classy looking thick socks have a built-in arch support that helps to reduce fatigue in a golfer’s feet. We’ve all been there when we start to lack towards the end of a busy day and round on the golf course, our feet don’t feel as though they are offering the support they did at the start.
They feel particularly comfortable during wear and the Locked-In Fit design secures the sock to keep the heel supported. Comfortability is a key element to these socks with the mesh panels on top adding extra breathbaility to help prevent sweaty feet.
Great value, considering they should last longer than your average pair of socks with its durable material that dries fast.
If your looking for some socks to see you through winter, then look no further.
