Welcome to the most hypnotic few seconds of the 2020 season. Callum Shinkwin was going along very nicely when he came to the 18th in the Oman Open.
The skill level of the cameraman is off the scale, as is the luck of the Englishman, as he first got away with the tee shot. His ball then makes contact with the rocks on three occasions before his ball returns to the relative safety of dry land.
Enjoy.
WOW! One of luckiest breaks we've ever seen! 🤯#OmanOpen pic.twitter.com/Kpgk54FbKO

The drama hadn’t quite finished as he then fatted his third shot from what looked like a claggy lie before making a double-bogey six to finish. It was his only blunder of the day as he signed for a two-under 70 to go into the weekend at 5-under.
Last week we had this from Sungjae Im which defied physics and edges this for good fortune but, for longevity, this was pretty special.
