Wilson are back for 2023 with the replacement to their popular D9 range. The new Dynapwr line includes two drivers, a fairway wood, a hybrid, and a set of game improvement irons.
Wilson Dynapwr: Driver Technology
Added adjustability is one of the big changes from the D9 to the Dynapwr. Previously the club heads were fixed. The new adjustable hosel allows for a lot more fine-tuning.
Artificial intelligence is everywhere in golf clubs this season. Wilson used it to analyse numerous club head designs and test many different ideas.
One being the PKR2 Technology which provides a dynamic face thickness optimised to give fast ball speeds and optimised forgiveness on off-centre hits.
Wilson Dynapwr Carbon Driver
This is aimed at a better player who wants to be able to work the golf ball off the tee.
The lightweight carbon panels on the crown and sole as well as a 12-gram weight, moves the centre of gravity low and forward to create a lower spinning driver head.
The Dynapwr Carbon is designed to have a neutral-to-fade bias ball flight.
