In return, everyone who takes the survey will be put into a prize draw to win a golf break for four, to the stunning Wokefield Park in Berkshire.
The prize includes a round of golf, dinner, and one-night’s bed and breakfast for four people in two rooms.
Please note the prize does not include travel to and from Wokefield Park and must be used by December 31, 2020.
