The premium Swedish brand pride themselves on staying ahead of the game when it comes to waterproofs.
And with the introduction of C-Knit technology in their Part 1 range for 2017 Galvin are looking to open the gap further on their competition.
The C-Knit backer is an extra layer which Galvin say will help jackets and shells ‘slide and glide’ easily over items underneath.

“The amazingly smooth texture of the C-Knit jackets and trousers are the result of five years of testing different fabric combinations to avoid the kind of rainwear that proves stiff, heavy, noisy or snags on other clothing,” said creative director Mats Lundqvist.
“As European Ryder Cup players and staff who were the first to wear them reported after rounds at Hazeltine, there’s no protective golf clothing quite like them,” he added.
The 2017 collection contains more than 100 garments and accessories with new colours including deep ocean blue and apple, plus the return of navy.
