Titleist are back with an update to their hybrid range, so what’s changed?

Titleist TSR Hybrids

The TSR hybrids are all about offering players different options at the top end of the bag. Both models are classically shaped and styled. The TSR2 has more of a fairway wood styling, while the TSR3 is much more iron-like.

So what’s changed since the TSi models?

In the TSR2, the CG has been pushed further back to create high-launching, soft-landing approach shots with lots of forgiveness. In the TSR3, MOI has been increased to prevent deflecting and twisting from various lies.

Both models have sole relief pockets on the sole designed to get the club moving faster through all grass conditions, short or thick. Less surface area means less friction and less chance to drag or grab, resulting in smooth turf interaction from the fairway.

The SureFit Adjustable CG Track System on the sole of the TSR3 hybrid now features 5 weight ports compared to the previous 3. This makes it easier to dial in the exact flight conditions you need.

Titleist TSR2 Hybrid

The TSR2 is designed to offer the most forgiveness and speed. It has an extended blade length, deeper CG and a reimagined sole design compared to its predecessor.

This model is best suited for players with a sweeping motion and who don’t hit down on the golf ball much.

Titleist TSR3 Hybrid

The TSR3 is designed to deliver the best precision and workability. It also has lots more adjustability thanks to the 5-position SureFit CG adjustability on the sole of the club.

This has a much more iron-like tour-inspired shape. It will have a lower trajectory than the TSR2 option.
