New alignment aid added to tour-proven head shapes

Odyssey launch O-works Big T putter range

Odyssey have launched the new O-Works Big T Putters available in some of Odyssey’s most iconic and successful Tour proven head shapes.

Big T putters feature an innovative dual alignment system and include the White Hot face insert for added feel and roll.

Head shapes include the V-Line (the inspiration for Big T), V-Line CS (centre-shafted)  #5 (a smaller mallet), and Big T Blade (specifically designed to incorporate Big T).

The V-Line is currently the No.1 used putter model on the European Tour season to date.

Big T is yet another illustration of how our groundbreaking putter designs continue to position Odyssey as the #1 putter brand in golf” “Big T represents a significant extension of our Versa Technology that uses contrasting alignment stripes to help line up a putt,” said Austie Rollinson, Odyssey’s Principal Designer.

“We have found some players like perpendicular Versa alignment, and some prefer parallel stripes, so in Big T we’re offer golfers both ways, or, the best of both worlds.

“With Big T we’ve taken our truly legendary White Hot insert, the best feeling, best selling, with the most Tour wins, and married it to unbelievable new dual alignment technology in some of our most trusted head shapes.”

European Tour Staff professionals are also seeing the benefits of Big T Technology, with Italian ace, Matteo Manassero, and young Swedish star, Kristoffer Broberg, favouring the Big T #5, both having put it in play at the Irish Open last week.

Neil Howie, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, added: “The Odyssey brand sets a technology standard others seek to follow and Big T is yet another illustration of how our groundbreaking putter designs continue to position Odyssey as the #1 putter brand in golf, with nearly double the wins of its nearest competitor to date on the European Tour.”
