Nike unveil Vapor Speed and Vapor Flex Drivers
5 Nike have unveiled two new drivers – Vapor Speed which has the largest head of the Vapor range and Vapor Flex with FlexFlight adjustability to optimise launch conditions.
The latest drivers follow the Nike Vapor Pro Driver the Nike Vapor Irons, and Nike Vapor Fairway metals.
With black on the crown with the distinctive volt in the cavity back and Compression Channel, the Vapor Speed driver promotes a higher launch angle with lower spin.
Like the recently released Vapor Pro driver, the Vapor Speed driver blends three key technologies: Nike’s new FlyBeam-reinforced Covert Cavity Back design, a re-engineered Compression Channel and FlexLoft 2.
FlexLoft 2 offers the functionality of five lofts and three face angles within 15 different settings.
The new, improved system is five grams (30 percent) lighter without compromising function.
Available: January 31, 2015
Lofts: 8.5° – 12.5°

Nike Vapor Flex Driver
The Vapor Flex, Nike’s pinnacle driver, features the same three key technologies found in the Vapor Pro and Vapor Speed drivers:
All of these technologies were developed to drive more energy to the golf ball for more distance, no matter the swing.
While the Vapor Pro and Vapor Speed drivers each provide specific launch and spin characteristics, Nike engineers created the FlexFlight adjustability system to optimise launch conditions
FlexFlight features a RZN tube with a high-density weight on one end, called the FlightPod, which is located in the cavity of the club.
By flipping the Flightpod, golfers can actively move the centre of gravity of the Vapor Flex driver to further optimise launch.
The 15-gram RZN Flightpod, inserts into the back of the driver. Using the same Flexloft wrench, a simple quarter turn rotation and audible click will lock or unlock the pod.
When unlocked, the Flightpod can be removed, reversed and locked back into the cavity.

Lofts: 8.5° – 12.5°
