Ping have built on the phenomenal success of their i20 irons with a new and improved model that shares the same key design philosophies.
Made from 17-4 stainless steel, the irons promise to deliver forgiveness and distance with control to inspire confident shot making.
In the progressive set design, the long irons are designed with head sizes and sole widths that deliver high trajectory and extreme forgiveness. The more compact mid and short irons have narrow soles and less offset for enhanced accuracy and scoring.
Narrow face-stabilising bars in the long irons increase ball velocity for added distance and height while wider bars in the short irons produce a controlled, lower ball flight with softer feel.
The careful design details in the club’s shape and set progression are captured with an inspiring foggy chrome finish.
Tungsten weighting in the low toe increases forgiveness while machined face and grooves deliver control and consistency.
The i25s are very powerful and the engineers have tweaked the lofts to create functional distance gapping.

As well as being available from 3 iron to pitching wedge, as you would expect, Ping are also offering three additional wedges – U, S and L. This is a significant development and will interest anyone who has struggled to maintain consistent distance gaps when blending into their wedges. The U, in particular, will be very much worth incorporating into many people’s set of irons.
