WORLD No 10 Justin Rose has joined the likes of Fred Couples and Sean O’Hair by signing up to wear Ashworth clothing on Tour.
The Englishman will put the brand’s apparel and footwear into play at this week’s BMW PGA Championship.
Rose switched to Ashworth from Adidas, which is part of the same company. The reason for the move was because Ashworth thought Rose was better suited to the brand’s image.
The 31-year-old agrees: “I am really excited about partnering with Ashworth going forward; I think that it comes at the right time for me,” he said.
“I am now into my thirties; my sense of style has evolved over the last couple years and I am certainly a lot more clear about what I want to achieve going forward and how I want to look doing it.”
