There will be more than 40 tournaments in more than 25 countries around the world, and a record prize fund of over $150 million on offer across the 2025 DP World Tour schedule.
As is now the norm with the new DP World Tour calendar, there will be five ‘Global Swings’. They will then be followed by the ‘Back Nine’, including some of the most historic events on the DP World Tour.
The 2026 DP World Tour season will then culminate with the DP World Tour Play-Offs. This will be back-to-back events in the United Arab Emirates – the Abu Dhabi Championship and the season-ending DP World Tour Championship.
The five Rolex Series events remain the same, They will be including the two Play-Offs events, along with the the Hero Dubai Desert Classic, the Genesis Scottish Open and the BMW PGA Championship.
The other big changes to the schedule for 2026 include the introduction of the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship, along with a new venue for the AMGEN Irish Open. The tournament will move to Trump International Golf Links in Doonbeg, making it back-to-back seasons with a DP World Tour event at a venue owned by the President of the United States.
The DP World Tour’s Chief Executive Guy Kinnings, said: “Our 2026 schedule once again showcases our global talent in global destinations as we celebrate the diversity of the courses and cultures we visit.
“The five Global Swings, the Back 9 and the DP World Tour Play-Offs provide a compelling season-long narrative on the Race to Dubai, comprising many historic national Opens and international events that have an enduring appeal to our members and our fans. Our thanks go to our partners, broadcasters, promoters, federations and partner Tours for their support and commitment to the DP World Tour and we look forward to once again spotlighting the considerable depth of international talent we have on Golf’s Global Tour.”
