What’s in Pavan’s winning bag?
Andrea Pavan WITB 2019
Andrea Pavan claimed his second European Tour victory following a dramatic Sunday at the BMW International Open in Munich.
After 72 holes, the Italian was tied at the top with England’s Matt Fitzpatrick, which led to a thrilling play-off lasting two holes. The win has moved him inside the world’s top 100.
We take a look inside his bag…
What’s in Pavan’s bag?
The 30-year-old is a brand ambassador for Callaway and has been for both of his European Tour wins. He carries the Epic Flash Sub Zero driver, accompanied a 3-wood of the same model.
Ball-striking is arguably the biggest strength of the Italian’s game and he led the field in greens in regulation at the BMW International Open.
He has a Callaway Apex Pro 19 2 iron in his bag before switching to the Callaway X Forged irons from 3 iron down to pitching wedge.
As for the putter, Pavan carries the Odyssey White Hot Pro V-Line and that seemed to work for him – he had an average of 29 putts per round.
