Royal Marines deliver Scottish Open trophy to Gullane

Unit from 43 Commando land on Firth of Forth beach to deliver Scottish Open trophy to venue

Ahead of the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open at Gullane, an elite unit of Royal Marines made sure the trophy arrived safe and sound.

Using an offshore raiding craft, complete with assault weapon mounted to the front, the members of 43 Commando delivered the trophy to last year’s champion, Justin Rose.
