Shane Lowry couldn't resist giving Justin Thomas a little dig about his antics at St Andrews' famous 18th hole – and the American hit right back. See the brilliant footage here
It was so late in the day most of us missed it, but Justin Thomas and Shane Lowry produced the mic moment of the year on day two at The Open.
After JT topped his tee shot on the famous 18th at St Andrews during the first round, Lowry – clearly thinking through the jibe all day – decided he’d remind his playing partner of the relatable shot when he bombed his day two effort down the fairway.
(If it isn’t obvious already, there is some unsavoury language in this clip.)
Incredibly funny from all involved. It’s just part of the craic, isn’t it?
