In the short term the Englishman will be playing the Memorial Tournament before he heads to Pebble Beach for the US Open.

He has also confirmed he will be playing the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth with its new date of September.

Anything else?

Rose is looking to return to the World N0. 1 spot in 2019 with the likes of Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson and Justin Thomas all fighting for the spot.

He will no doubt be looking to add more major championships to his trophy cabinet having only won one at the 2013 US Open at Merion Golf Club.

What are Rose’s exemptions?

The Englishman has plenty of exemptions due to his world ranking and number of wins worldwide, this will see him play in all of the major championships and he will likely play in most, if not all of the World Golf Championship events.
