Web.com Tour event joins the walk-on music for players revolution
First Golf Sixes, and now the Web.com Tour’s Digital Ally Open – walk-on music is officially becoming a “thing” in golf.
But this time there is a slight twist. Scott Langley shared the below form ahead of the event at Nicklaus Golf Club at Lions Gate in Kansas City:

As you can see, you get to pick two songs – provided they are appropriate – and it gets played on the walk up to the par-3 17th green if you are the closest to the pin in your group.
And that’s not all. On Friday, the organisers are asking players to wear their college team’s colours, and on Saturday they want the players dressed in their nation’s colours.
Lefty Langley later tweeted his two song choices: ‘You’re Welcome’ by Dwayne Johnson, a tune from Disney film Moana, which was chosen by his daughter; and ‘Man, I Feel Like a Woman’ by Shania Twain, courtesy of fellow pro Kelly Kraft.
Now who said golf isn’t fun?
