One common fault for amateur golfers is to take too many swing thoughts out on to the golf course.
What we really want to do is change those swing thoughts into feelings before playing a round.
You will never hit a golf shot with a swing thought. We need to train our bodies so they know what a good shot is supposed to feel like so we can replicate this time after time on the golf course.
Too many thoughts racing through the mind when standing over the ball can lead to doubt and indecision.
