Dean Wingrove has been the professional at Wimbledon Park Golf Club since 1989, member of the PGA for 23 years and has coached Roger Chapman and Gordon Brand Jr. These days he looks after the swings of Ant and Dec.

Here he gives us a tip on how to hit the ball a little further off the tee.

First of all I want you to tee the ball up a little bit higher than you normally would. We are going to try and get that ball more up in the air.

Play the ball a little further forward in your stance and get your weight more behind the ball.

Your stance will be a little wider therefore we can stay behind the ball a little bit longer and then release the club through the ball.

For more information about Dean or to book a lesson with him visit the Wimbledon Park website here.
