Golf tips: How to recover after a disaster hole
Don’t beat yourself up. Remember, it’s just a round a golf.
Sometimes, a bad shot is out of your control. An unlucky bounce or tricky lie are things you can’t do nothing about. If the cause of a bad shot is one of these things, don’t feel too bad. It happens to everyone.
Furthermore, negative thoughts after a few bad shots will not benefit your round. It’s best if you relabel these emotions and realise that these negative emotions are of no benefit to you.
